Job Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management:

  1. Gather and manage data from tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms.
  2. Apply filters and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Assist in creating and maintaining Looker Studio reports and compiling relevant data for web analytics and performance metrics.
  2. Collect and organize monthly KPI data for SEO and Digital Marketing projects to aid in performance reporting.
  3. Support the creation of visual reports and dashboards, including charts and tables, to effectively present data insights.

Technical Skills Development:

  1. To process unstructured data and create organized data tables, utilize advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
  2. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus, assisting in data analysis and visualization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with digital marketing and SEO teams to understand project requirements and provide data insights.
  2. Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance reporting for client presentations.

Continuous Learning:

  1. Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics and web analytics tools.
  2. Gain exposure to various digital marketing strategies and reporting techniques.

Technical Skills Required

  1. Basic experience or coursework in data analytics, web analytics, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console), SEO tools (Ahrefs, 3. SEMrush), and reporting platforms (Looker Studio).
  3. Proficiency in Excel, including experience with complex formulas and data manipulation.
  4. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is advantageous.

Non-Technical Skills Required

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
