Job Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Optimize digital campaigns for SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Create detailed marketing roadmaps and content calendars for each client.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
2. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads.
- Manage budgets and optimize ad spend vs. ROI.
- Set up A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CTR (Click-Through Rate).
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Oversee technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies for landing pages.
4. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage organic and paid social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Oversee content creation for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
- Work with influencers for brand collaborations.
5. CRM, Email Marketing & Automation
- Implement email marketing automation strategies to nurture leads.
- Oversee CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp).
- Track email open rates, CTR, and lead conversion.
6. Client Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategy updates and campaign reports.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers for campaign execution.
7. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, PPC managers, content marketers, and social media strategists.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure KPI-driven performance across all projects.
