Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, create, and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns to achieve client goals.
- Optimize campaigns for performance through bid strategies, targeting, and creative development.
- Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting to drive ROI.
Client & Budget Management
- Manage ad budgets of ₹3-4 Lakhs INR monthly, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through performance reporting to clients.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Create detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
- Track and achieve performance goals such as CTR, cost per conversion, and ROAS.
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with Managers, SEO teams, and stakeholders to integrate digital marketing strategies and provide insights regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Technical Skills Required
- Google Ads: Proficiency in Search, Display, Performance Max campaigns, Dynamic Ads, and Conversion Tracking.
- Meta Ads: Expertise in Ads Manager, audience insights, retargeting, and custom/lookalike audiences.
- Analytics & Tools: Knowledge of GA4, Tableau/Data Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot, and advanced Excel.
- Tracking & Reporting: Experience with UTM parameters, Pixel tracking, and event-based conversion monitoring.
Non-Technical Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client reporting and collaboration.
- Proactive and adaptable to evolving trends and challenges in digital marketing.
