Job Responsibilities
- Report to the leader on a daily basis.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
- Identify and address design challenges, finding creative solutions to meet both user and business needs.
- Ensure design deliverables are completed on time and align with project requirements.
- Maintain clear communication to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and incorporate them into design processes where applicable.
Technical Skills Required
:
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Google Slide and Sketch for UI Design and Design Recommendation.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating graphics and assets.
- Experience in creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes.
- Skill in designing for different devices, platforms, and resolutions.
- Knowledge of mobile-first design and grid systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
- Ability to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Non-Technical Skills Required
:
- Thinking outside the box to create engaging and memorable designs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Willingness to learn new tools and methods as needed.
