This year’s Office Annual Trip marked the incredible milestone of our 21st Anniversary. It was designed to rejuvenate minds, foster connections, and commemorate our achievements. It was a harmonious blend of fun, relaxation, and team spirit.
Over two days, we explored scenic landscapes, participated in delightful activities, and made memories that will be cherished for years.
Location
The annual trip brought us to the tranquil Udai Bagh Resort, an idyllic retreat surrounded by nature’s bounty. Located just a few hours from Ahmedabad, this serene destination provided the perfect respite from our daily routines.
With its lush greenery, premium amenities, and inviting atmosphere, the resort served as an exceptional setting to celebrate our achievements and strengthen the bonds within our team.

Our carefully curated itinerary ensured that every moment was vibrant, engaging, and memorable:
Day 1: 23rd November 2024
- Early Morning Departure: At 2:30 AM, our enthusiastic team gathered at Abhishree Complex to embark on the much-awaited journey. By 3:00 AM, two buses set off, filled with excitement and anticipation.
- Early Morning Refreshment: A brief halt at KFC Food Court allowed everyone to freshen up with tea and coffee before continuing toward the destination.
- Arrival At Udai Bagh Resort: By 9:00 AM, we arrived at the picturesque resort. After room allotments and a warm welcome
- Flavorful Breakfast: After settling into our respective rooms, we proceeded towards a lovely breakfast spread featuring a mix of Indian and continental dishes, from poha to vada sambhar and bread toast with butter and jam, fresh fruits, and watermelon juice.
- Free Time: From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, team members explored the resort’s amenities, enjoyed its tranquil surroundings, and rested in their comfortable rooms.
- Lunch: A multi-cuisine lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM added zest to the day. Highlights included almond soup, mutter paneer, noodles, and vanilla ice cream. Each dish pleased the taste buds and set the stage for an energetic afternoon.
- Housie Fun: The afternoon was filled with laughter and camaraderie during the Housie game session from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, where friendly competition brought everyone closer.
- High Tea: Tea, coffee, and cookies were served during high tea at 5:00 PM, providing a quick refreshment break.
- DJ Party Extravaganza: As the evening unfolded, the DJ party from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM got everyone on their feet, dancing to the beats.
- Dinner: Alongside the DJ party, a sumptuous dinner featuring a list of mouthwatering Indian and international dishes was served. It included culinary delights from dal tadka and pineapple baked macaroni to jalebi and mango ice cream.
- Campfire Bliss: As the crackling fire illuminated the night, we sat under the stars and shared stories, laughter, and a sense of togetherness that defined the essence of this trip.
Day 2: 24th November 2024
- Hearty Breakfast And Check-Out: The morning began with a wholesome breakfast featuring a combination of delicious options such as chole bhature, khaman dhokla, fresh fruits, and pineapple juice. The meal set the tone for a calming yet preplanned start to the day.
- Lunch At Vrindavan Thaal: A cultural delight awaited us at Vrindavan Thaal, where an authentic Gujarati Thali lunch was served from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, offering a medley of traditional flavors that captivated everyone.
- Return To Ahmedabad: By 6:00 PM, we arrived back at Abhishree Complex, marking the end of a memorable journey filled with joy, togetherness, and shared experiences.
