Our campus recruitment drive at ADIT saw a fantastic turnout, with nearly 300 engineering students skilled in JavaScript and PHP participating. To give them a taste of the professional world and ease their transition from campus to corporate life, we included virtual aptitude and logical tests as part of the onboarding process. These assessments provided valuable insights into their problem-solving abilities. Following this, we conducted written assessments and in-person evaluations to evaluate their technical expertise meticulously. Only the strongest performers advanced to the next round, ensuring we select the most qualified candidates.
