His talk, titled “Practical Indispensable Project Management Tips for Delivering Successful ExpressionEngine Project,” aims to share valuable insights from his 18-year career. He will discuss managing complex projects, leading teams through challenges, and turning obstacles into learning experiences.

The pandemic was a learning curve, pushing me to lead a large team remotely. My session at EEConf will share these experiences and the resilience needed to navigate tough times. I’m also looking forward to the innovative summit-style format of this year’s conference.
